Ingredients

  • Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer 4 Tbsp
  • flour 1 c
  • fresh fruit
  • oat milk or other plant milk 2 c
  • peach compote
  • powdered sugar
  • sugar 1 c
  • vanilla extract 1 Tbsp
  • vegan butter 6 Tbsp

Steps

    Preheat the oven to 350 F.

    Melt vegan butter in a 9x13-inch pan until sizzling.
