Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the tofu bakes, heat sesame oil in a medium pan over medium heat.

Add orange juice, brown sugar, tamari, vinegar, and orange zest.

Bring to a simmer.
Cook until the sauce starts to thicken.
If needed, add cornstarch to thicken further, or a splash of water to thin it out.
