Pannu Kakku
Ingredients
Pannu Kakku
- 6 Tbsp Vegan Butter
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer
- 2 Cups Oat Milk (Or Other Plant Milk)
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Optional Toppings
- Fresh Fruit
- Peach Compote
- Powdered Sugar
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a 9x13 pan, should be sizzling when you take it out.
- Mix other ingredients until frothy. Potentially blend. Pour batter into pan with melted butter.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
